Hello, very pleased to be Cleiton de Souza Rodrigues Master in Robo cs and Industrial Automa on from ESNECA Business
School/ Universidad de Salamanca (2021), degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Paulista (2018) and
Mechanical Technician from ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paul (2010).

I have 10 years of professional experience working in the automo ve, aerospace, robo cs and industrial automa on
sectors, I started in 2011 at the age of 18 as a Jr. at Engenharia da Caio - Induscar Industria E Comercio De Carrocerias,
with 20 years I architected, proposed and assumed the verifica on of 30% of the projects and 40% of the moderniza on
and integra on of the CREO Parametric so ware with PLM Windchill from PTC, a company valued at R$2 bi.

I worked as a Test Technician in Embraer's R&D sector in the cer fica on of the KC-390 and E2-190/195 aircra , performing
full-scale sta c and fa gue tests for both aircra , where I also performed my internship as Structural Tes ng Engineer and
Product Development in the implementa on of PTC's PLM Integrity.

Currently 29 years old, I am a mechanical designer at Mesal Máquinas where I work designing end-of-line machines
and robo c equipment for major market players such as BRF, Ypê, The HEINEKEN Company, Ambev, among others.
