We, the nations of the world, united in our recognition of the transformative
power of technology and artificial intelligence (AI), hereby establish this global
Technological and Artificial Intelligence Constitution. With a shared

humanity, while upholding fundamental rights, principles of justice, and the
preservation of human dignity.
