NOTE
 A pass-mark of 80% must be obtained in the COMPETENT/NOT YET
COMPETENT system of evaluation for each theoretical assessment.
 Answer ALL the questions.
 Read through all the questions and ask when in doubt.
 No additional papers in the form of notes or any other, except those given to you
by the Assessor, will be permitted during the course of this assessment.
 All calculations and drawings must be shown, where applicable.
 The assessment will be stopped after the time has expired.
