Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP), we

one with the highest growth rate and our goal is to

Advanced Air Mobility in the

UAE.

VPorts has initiated the certification process for its

vertiports as part of the world’s first Advanced Air
Mobility (AAM) integrator center at the Mohammed
bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) in Dubai South.
The certification process, developed by the UAE
General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), aligns with
regulation CAR IX-HVD Part III, which outlines the
requirements and guidelines for the certification
and operation of onshore vertiports within the UAE.
The process will start with the design approval
phase; VPorts plans to obtain design approval for
the world center within six months, a key step in
the construction phase. The certification of the Ras
Al Khaimah (RAK) vertiport will follow shortly.
Construction of the vertiports is due to start in
2024.

training.
Technology is changing how we live, interact
and communicate. Tech application in aviation
training is a reduction in cost and time taken in
developing skills. With a number of aviation
institutions embracing virtual reality in training
to improve the experience aspect of skills
development, a number of training institutions
have embrace digital training, from airline's
crew training to basic aviation training.
Emirates Airlines is now leveraging on virtual
reality and artificial intelligence to enhance
training experience for the group's cabin crew,
new joiners and industry partners.
Vision concept aviation training institute have
