In exercise of the powers conferred by! section 11 of the Road Traffic

Act, the following Order is hereby made by ithe Lagos City Council.

1.—{z) This Order maybecited as the Road Traffic (Control of Traffic) Short title
(Lagos) Order, 1965. and applica-

(it) This Order applies to the City of Lagos.
2. The Road Traffic (Control of Traffic) (Lagos) Order, 1963 publishedin

3. The use of the Streets enumerated in the first column of the first

8. Stage Carriages operating in Lagos may use only the routes specified in
the Fifth Schedule.

Stage 9. The Parking of Stage Carriages in any Street or open space in the City of

conviction to imprisonment for two monthsora fine offifty pounds.
Nothing in this Order shall be construed as affecting theliability of any
person to paycharges under any Act, Regulations or Order.
