I. Situation analysis
A. Social Issue: Wage inequality

Wage inequality - refers to how unevenly salaries are allocated within a population. Therefore,
measures of wage inequality reveal how vast the pay difference between the wealthy and
everyone else is. The less evenly distributed the income is, the greater the income inequality.
Wealth inequality, or the unequal distribution of wealth, frequently coexists with income
inequality.

Seeking:
● By boosting physical capital investments, inequality tends to stimulate economic growth
at low income levels. As income levels rise, the importance of human capital over
physical capital increases, and inequality often slows economic growth by deterring the
accumulation of human capital.
● The reduction of poverty and the creation of opportunity for disadvantaged populations
can be greatly impacted by improving access to markets, communications, and
roadways. Additionally, by minimizing localized pockets of poverty, decentralization of
public services, offices, and industry can foster shared wealth among areas.
● Find possible partners, stakeholders, and community organization that can help the
social enterprise achieve its goal of reducing wage inequality and forming a good bond
with the participants who are interested.

Scanning:
● Develop a social enterprise that gives on-the-job training and mentorship offered by the
job on demand while partnering with various local businesses to create more job
opportunities and increase wage income.
● Accept trustworthy financial sources like sponsorship, loans, and stakeholders to help
the company's project maintain the financial flow and to provide wage equality to the
participants or employees who are interested.
● Look for nearby businesses and organizations and form a bond to form a partnership to
provide more job opportunities to those who are interested participants who want to earn
more for what they do.

Seizing:
● Create an actual and practical mentorship program to offer job training and supervision
to a chosen number of unemployed people.
● increasing the charisma and impact of the social enterprise by partnering and doing
business with other social enterprises and meeting to have an agreement in every
potential project.
● Having more project proposals in which other social enterprises and organizations might
be interested and having more job opportunities while examining at the same time if the
flow of the business and the goal of having wage equality are efficient
B. Social Impact - By providing people with actual and practical on-the-job training for
employment or job opportunities also given by the company organization, the proposed project
aims to address the issue of wage inequality and help people who are in need of work get paid
the right amount. The project can help the people who are in need of jobs and have the skills
and determination to do tasks, and because employers see the potential, they can help them
more in their careers, which can also help economic growth. Furthermore, by offering them
projects and work activities, they can determine what they want and gain more work ethics; the
potential of the participants who are interested can be showcased because of the job
opportunities offered by our organization; and the project can decrease wage inequality, gain
more funds, and build trust with other local businesses.
