related fitness (HRF status, barriers to physical activity assessment participation and
one's diet

and background of Recreation and how it may lead us towards fitness goals and
healthy lifestyle.
Recreation is an activity of leisure that refresh our mind and body making us
enjoy, relaxed, happy and healthy. The need to do something for recreation is an
essential element of human biology and psychology.
Essentially, it will lead to the development of good mental health, physical and

Recreation is a leisure activity, with leisure defined as time spent on one's own
terms. Human biology and psychology are inextricably linked to the "need to do
