NbliK  is  looking for ​Community Manager-Intern across categories (food, travel, books, automobiles, etc.) 

to  manage  categories  &  ​to  own  and  grow  the  Community  business  growth  across  identified  categories 
and geographies​ at NbliK.

NbliK  is  a  knowledge  network  platform  founded  by  a  team  of  IIT  grads  for  sharing  knowledge  through 
articles,  blogs  &  discussions.  NbliK  aims  to  knowledgify  the  planet.  NbliK  is  a  recognized  Start-up  by 
Government  of  India  and  has  been  incubated  at  Malaviya  Centre  for  Innovation,  Incubation  and 
Entrepreneurship (MCIIE), IIT (BHU) Varanasi.

Primary Responsibilities​:  
 
Growth: ​Own Community users/contributors, Selection, Assortment to drive exponential revenue 
growth and margins 
 
Selection: ​Responsible for ​Sourcing/onboarding writers​, assortment planning to ensure that NbliK has a 
leadership position in identified ​CATEGORIES​. You should have an eye for identifying changing 
reading/writing trends and consequent business opportunities. 
 
Strategy:​ Own, define and drive growth strategy across the Community, writers onboarding, consumer 
segments, geographies 
 
Community Operations: ​Manage Community operations, Inbound planning, Catalogue monitoring and 
margin 
 
Analytics: ​Market Research, Consumer Insights, Competitive landscape, Business Intelligence 
 
Stakeholder Management: ​Drive growth through Marketing, Operations and CS 
 
Requirements/Skills: 

● 2​nd​ /3​rd​ undergraduates/graduates from IIT/NIT/DU/Top Colleges who wish to go into 

management roles in future. 

● Start-up Cultural Fit: willingness to learn, to innovate, to take initiative, to think beyond 
conventional dogma, the ability to work in a flat organization 

● He/she should be good at multitasking, critical thinking and comfortable with leading a team. 

● Dominant analytical problem-solving attitude. 

● Jump into situations with few guardrails and make things better 
 ● You ship fast. Speed is in your blood, except when you are driving in Bangalore.
