About NbliK
NbliK is a knowledge network platform founded by a team of IIT grads for sharing knowledge through
articles, blogs & discussions. NbliK aims to knowledgify the planet. NbliK is a recognized Start-up by
Government of India and has been incubated at Malaviya Centre for Innovation, Incubation and
Entrepreneurship (MCIIE), IIT (BHU) Varanasi.
We are looking for people like us who will build a Community together from scratch and scale and en
route gather fun-filled learning experiences. We're a collaborative team who genuinely enjoy working
together.
Primary Responsibilities:
Growth: Own Community users/contributors, Selection, Assortment to drive exponential revenue
growth and margins
Selection: Responsible for Sourcing/onboarding writers, assortment planning to ensure that NbliK has a
leadership position in identified CATEGORIES. You should have an eye for identifying changing
reading/writing trends and consequent business opportunities.
Strategy: Own, define and drive growth strategy across the Community, writers onboarding, consumer
segments, geographies
Community Operations: Manage Community operations, Inbound planning, Catalogue monitoring and
margin
Analytics: Market Research, Consumer Insights, Competitive landscape, Business Intelligence
Stakeholder Management: Drive growth through Marketing, Operations and CS
Requirements/Skills:
● Start-up Cultural Fit: willingness to learn, to innovate, to take initiative, to think beyond
conventional dogma, the ability to work in a flat organization
● He/she should be good at multitasking, critical thinking and comfortable with leading a team.
● Jump into situations with few guardrails and make things better
● You ship fast. Speed is in your blood, except when you are driving in Bangalore.
