1) Opening of domestic representative agencies in 10 provinces
2) Opening of foreign representative agencies in 3 countries
3) Implementation of the Dar’ul Halal Madrasa Project
4) Increasing the domestic branches of Halal World Markets to 250
5) Increasing the overseas branches of Halal World Markets to 15
6) To make the Dünya Helal Vakfı (DHV-World Halal Foundation) an institution suitable for public
benefit.
7) Organizing conferences and fairs every year
8) Increasing the number of World Halal Council (WHC) members to 50
9) Increasing the number of foreign language speaking staff to 10
10) To carry out the necessary researches for the production of Halal Pharmaceuticals and to carry out
Halal certification studies for at least 10 pharmaceutical companies.
11) Increasing the number of HDM branches affiliated to Halal Dunya Markets Association to 100
12) To optimize the World Halal Council Standards and to ensure that all members implement these
standards
13) To move the World Halal Council headquarters to Istanbul
14) Increasing the number of Halal and Tayyib certified companies that certified by GIMDES to 1500
15) To prevent institutions such as WHC, WHFC and SMIIC from operating separately in the field of
