I am excited to apply for the Service Advisor Associate position at OCBC NISP. I Graduated from
Jenderal Soedirman University Majoring in Management and previous experience as a Head
Coach at PT Raga Bersama Indonesia (Rebellion Esports) and also experience as a staff
Administration & Accounting at PT Viriya Surya Abadi, I am confident in my ability can
contribute to the success of the company.

While I was working at PT Raga Bersama Indonesia (Rebellion Esports) I was responsible for
developing player competence and character by making weekly assessments. And also while I was
working at PT Viriya Surya Abadi, I assisted managers with the company's administrative needs
and financial reports. I am also responsible for customer relations for the monthly Internet package
registration process and contacting customers to ensure monthly Internet package payments.

My experience in PT Raga Bersama Indonesia (Rebellion Esports) and PT Viriya Surya Abadi has
given me a solid understanding of leadership, strategies and ability to analyze of finance. Plus, my
ability to think creatively and work collaboratively has allowed me to effectively contribute to
team projects and deliver results. I am also proficient in various software programs such as Google
Workspace, Accurate, and Microsoft Office Suite.

I am excited about the opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge to a dynamic and
challenging environment at OCBC NISP. I am eager to learn from experienced professionals and
contribute to the company’s growth and success as a Service Advisor Associate position.
