RISE-UP IN SELF-WORTH!
Where does this feeling of despondency, lack of perspective and deep loneliness come
from, mixed with constant anxiety, especially [and curiously, very often] in generation
Z?

But, regardless of age, sex, education, social class, beliefs, preferences, ideologies and
economic-financial conditions, this status-quo seems to be gradually consolidating
itself as "commonplace", both in informal conversations about current "afflictions" and
in observations of a more inter-relational character in the professional environments
themselves.
It is natural that this climate can, with variations in intensity and criticality, affect
levels of self-confidence and self-esteem, as well as the delicate emotional balance
between personal and professional life.

Rise-up in Self-worth!
Transforming your mind, full of self-limiting beliefs, to a greatness mindset takes
commitment, decision, discipline and awareness.
• What are self-limiting beliefs (and why are they holding you back)?
• Limiting beliefs are caused by a number of factors but they all stem from the
same place: your brain's desire to protect you from pain in the future. These
triggers can include fear, impostor syndrome, and past experiences.
• Generally, we hold onto limiting beliefs for the same reasons—to protect
ourselves from struggle and failure. Also, we often hold onto limiting beliefs
because they make us feel special, self-righteous or that we deserve special
attention. It's not fair that I can't change careers because I'm too old—look at
me!
The process is never easy. But once you make that journey, and continue to live it out,
an abundance of options open to you.
It's a very hard question to answer because there are so many things we have to master
to achieve success in any endeavor.
The question did get me thinking and on reflection, I do believe there is one skill that we
must first master if we are to be successful.
Discipline is the precursor to every other skill we need to master on our journey.
Without discipline, there will never be enough focus on the things we need to master to
get to where we want to be.
For example: Seth Godin (*) has shown the incredible discipline to be able to write a blog
post every single day for almost 20 years.
My question to him:
Have you had the opportunity to learn about facilitating tools such as Personality-type
Assessments, #5W2H and #SMART-based Action Planning?
Then there is no lid on your potential, once you take ownership of your mission,
purpose, vision and goals.
