pending the appointment of a Vice chancellor in the University on a regular
basis,

Karady shal exercise the powers and perform the duties
of the Vice chancellor,
effect, in addition to
Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayalam University with immediate
her normal duties, until further orders'
