traffic and road safety rules and policies and this offense is Daquan's first charge. He has always
been an outstanding member of the society.
I understand the distressing consequences that Daquan faces. He has expressed profound remorse
and regrets about the offense and its repercussions. I am confident he will not re-offend and will
