ABOUT V-MART
V-Mart is a complete family fashion store that provides its customers value for their money. They
primarily operate in tier II & tier III cities in India with the chain of “Value Retail” departmental stores.
With 123 stores across 106 cities in 14 states/union territories, their stores cater to the needs of the
entire family altogether by offering apparel, general merchandise, and Kirana goods.
They are the pioneers in setting up modern ambiance stores or large retail malls across various
small towns and cities like including Sultanpur, Ujjain, Motihari and more.
ENGAGEMENT SUMMARY
The retailer wanted an IT solutions partner to implement INFOR SCE 10.3.2, with integrations
and customizations of their system. Additionally, the business needed well-defined processes
to optimize their operations.
