General Description of the parameters


4- Exemplary: The performance (argument, organization, and analogies) is comprehensive and impressive. It also shows strong evidence that learners exceeded the learning
competencies. The preparedness and well-researched argument is evident.
3 - Proficient: The performance (argument, organization, and analogies) is comprehensive but needs further improvement. It also shows adequate evidence that learners
exceeded the learning competencies. The student did prepare for the debate, however the arguments are somehow well-researched.
2- Developing: The performance (argument, organization, and analogies) is somehow comprehensive and needs further improvement. Evidence also suggests the learning
competency is met at minimum. The student did prepare for the debate, however the arguments are not well-researched.
1- Beginning: The performance (argument, organization, and analogies) is neither comprehensive and needs significant improvement. Evidence also suggests that students
failed to meet the learning competency. Lastly, the student did not prepare for the debate, and the arguments are not well-researched.
