Journal 9
Journal 9
This is the tenth week of my internship with the Human Resources department at Leon
Guinto Memorial School. I organized all of the HRM students' submitted journals and placed them
in their corresponding clearbooks. We have completed this work and will reorganize it
alphabetically. My day ended in this manner.
DAY 42: Updating the Journal on the Respective Clearbooks of All HRM Student
We chose to rearrange the journals in the clearbook today. I combined the journals and
DTR on one page of the clearbook because we saw that many of their clearbooks did not have a
refill yet. So, in order for them to preserve pages, we determined that each week's journal and
DTR contribution would take up one page. We finished sorting and organizing the journals of
Block A HRM students today. That's everything for now.
DAY 43: Rearranging the Journals of the HRM students
As previously stated, I had completed the task of sorting and arranging the journals of
Block A HRM students. This is the continuation of the reorganization and sorting out of the
journals of Block C and Block B HRM students. Fortunately, we completed this assignment today.
Today, I have three different tasks that I should finish. Those tasks are creating a receiving
form for college instructors’ IDs, the status of 201 files of college teachers, and a list of college
teachers’ IDs. Luckily, I finished all the tasks that were needed for today. My day came to an end
like this.
DAY 45: Finish on Creating a Receiving Form for College Instructors’ ID, Status of
201 Files of College Teachers and List of College Teachers’ ID
