Winged Horse 1. We drew a square grid. 2. We drew the bottom part of the horse and cut the outline out to paste on above part. The above part became the head part of the horse. 3. Next, we drew the left part (front legs) and cut the outline to paste on right part of the square. The right part became the tail of the horse. The model of winged horses is done

4. Then, trace the model on a paper with translation. 5. Lastly, we decorated it colour pencils.

Reptile 1. We drew a hexagon grid. 2. We drew the part of reptile cut out the outline. 3. Next, we pasted the pair. 4. We repeated steps 1 and 2 on other sides of the hexagon. The model of reptile is done 5. Then, trace the model on a paper. 6. Lastly, we decorated it colour pencils.

Learning Experience The simple tessellation which based on square is easy to be done and understood by us. During doing this task, we have tried several times to make the model of winged horse. It is because we cannot achieve the accuracy when we traced it on paper after 2 translations. We compared our work with course mates and asked them about their strategies. We tried a few times and finally we were able to complete it. The model of reptile is easier to fit accurately than winged horse. We discovered that hand drawing and paper cutting is hard to achieve accuracy than using computer. We also realise that patience is the

most important factor to complete it. So, we should appreciate art works, especially Eshers.
