Original Mexican salsa Roja

Ingredients
 3 Tomatoes
 1/4 Onion
 1/4 bunch of cilantro
 1 clove of garlic
 1 jalapeno
 olive oil
 salt to taste

Instructions
1. Blend the tomato, garlic, and jalapeno in a blender.
2. Separately, dice the onions and the cilantro.
3. Add the tomato, garlic, jalapeno mixture to a frying pan with a
small amount of olive oil.
4. Heat over medium high heat until it begins to boil, and then remove
from heat.
5. Put the salsa in a bowl, add the cilantro and onion, and stir well.
6. Add salt to taste.
