The client has a medical history of experiencing anxiety in crowded places.

Additionally, they have a mentally disturbed cousin and had a somewhat
challenging relationship with their family during childhood. Despite being a top
performer in their village school, they migrated to Karachi for two years before
returning to their village to complete their matriculation. The client was initially
shy in class but actively participated in extracurricular activities.

The client started their job career at a young age and frequently changed jobs to
make time for exams while maintaining good relationships with colleagues
everywhere. They have positive friendships with individuals of both genders
and highly value kindness and helpfulness in friendships. The client has a
somewhat assertive and grandiose nature, often considering themselves as
superior to others. At times, they exhibit a blunt affect.

The client expressed excitement about attending this session due to their keen
interest in psychology. They are talkative by nature and displayed calmness
without any noticeable signs of nervousness or anxiety. However, they do have a
fear of drowning in the sea.

Regarding their sexual orientation, the client shows little interest in homosexual
activities but is more interested in heterosexual activities. No other
psychosomatic issues were identified, except for occasional nighttime headaches.
They are not addicted to any medications, prescribed or otherwise, but do smoke
occasionally.

The client struggles with anxiety issues and has difficulty speaking in front of
crowds. They do not feel particularly close to their family, as they believe their
family members are too busy with their own jobs and may not understand their
circumstances.
