PROJECT : ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A TEN-UNIT TWO-STOREY TOWNHOUSE

AN ECONOMIC FEASIBILTY STUDY IS PREPARED TO FIND OUT WHETHER A PROJECT (INVESTMENT OF


THE CLIENT) WILL MAKE PROFIT FOR A CLIENT SO THAT IF THE STUDY PROVES OTHERWISE, THEN THE
CLIENT WILL NOT PROCEED WITH THE PROJECT.

I. CONTENTS:

CHAPTER I: THE SITE

Choose a site within Metro Manila that is suitable for the Project. Describe the site. Discuss its
suitability for the Project. Accompany the discussion with photos of the site. Make a macro analysis of
the site.

CHAPTER II: ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS

A. Using Autocad OR any BIM software prepare the ff drawings:


1. Site Development Plan
2. Floor Plans
3. 4 Elevations
4. 2 Sections
5. Interior Perspective of all rooms including T & B
6. Exterior Perspective
7. Aerial Perspective

B. Five-page Specifications single-spaced

CHAPTER III: COST ANALYSIS

Make a cost analysis showing the expenses of the project and the profit. Determine the year of Return
of Investment.

CHAPTER IV: CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

CONCLUSION: State how many years before the ROI (Return of Investment) can be realized.

RECOMMENDATION: Based on the number of years the ROI can be realized, recommend whether the
Client should pursue or not the Project. It is alright to recommend not to pursue the Project.
