President:

The president shall preside at all meetings of the Student Body, at

assemblies, and shall act as the presiding officer at all meetings where
Stahl is represented. The President shall make appointments to all
committees. The President shall serve on a standing committee. The
President shall be the official student representative of Stahl Junior High
and the Associated Student Body at all times.

Vice President:

The Vice President shall preside in the absence of the President. The VP
shall serve on a standing committee, shall supervise the procedures for
registering voters and act as a second to the Treasurer while overseeing all
fundraising. In the event that the President is unable to complete the term
of office, it shall be the duty of the VP to fulfill the duties of the President.

Secretary:

The secretary shall handle all correspondence pertaining to Student Body

affairs. The Secretary shall keep accurate records of all meetings, and the
Secretary shall serve on a standing committee.

Treasurer:

The Treasurer shall assist in the supervision of all finances pertaining to

Student Body affairs. The Treasurer shall report the status of the budget
to the Student Council, and shall be the student chairperson on the budget
committee. The Treasurer shall serve on a standing committee.
