Which pneumatic tube carrier is right for my application

area?
Carriers are used to transport a variety of goods, such as
laboratory samples, documents, money, material samples
and food.
Our carriers are suitable for all these application areas.
For sensitive goods, we of course have a special accessory
to guarantee safe transport.

Our carriers are suitable for all conventional pneumatic tube systems, regardless of the manufactu-
rer. All versions are also available upon request in the desired length.

The transparent carrier body and the carrier head are made of unbreakable polycarbonate, which
allows for a long life.
Cleaning and disinfection systems can be used without concern.

Due to the underlay ring precisely adapted to the carrier head, the carrier is fully sealed in the tube
with the velcro ring and a nearly silent transport is possible.

For each carrier, an RFID transponder enhancement is possible, which allows a variety of new func-
tions. (Service functions, automatic return home, empty carrier distribution, ...)

For a gentle transport, we provide a wide range of packaging materials.

HZ-110-Slide lid

The carrier is equipped on both sides with a rotating slide lid and
thus easy to use.
The closure is secured by a latch structure.
It can be used for all common pneumatic tube systems with a
nominal diameter of 108/110 mm, independent of the manufac-
turer.
Recesses are provided on both sides for transponder systems.

HZ-110-FlatTop

The HZ-110-FlatTop has a larger loading dimension and can be

used for all common pneumatic tube systems with a nominal dia-
meter of 110 mm, regardless of the manufacturer.
Furthermore, it is suitable for an automatic discharge function.
It is easy to handle due to the two-sided rotating slide lid with the
specially provided recess.
Both sides have recesses for transponder systems.

HZ-160-FlatTop360

The HZ-160-FlatTop360 is suitable for an automatic discharge

function as well as for normal operation. The carrier is equipped
with a 360° rotating slide lid on both sides and therefore is equally
easy to use for right-handed and left-handed people.
A corresponding recess allows for the sending of data media such
as CD and DVD.
Both sides have recesses for various commercially available trans-
ponder systems.
It can be used for all common RP systems with a nominal width of
160 mm, regardless of the manufacturer.

The correct packaging of laboratory samples is

important for secure transport in a pneumatic tube
system. The thermal insulation will help the
temperature of samples to stay constant for longer
and thus allows for more accurate analysis results.
Additional cooling or heating pads can be inserted
for temperature control. Furthermore, the thermal
bag absorbs shocks and impacts.
Even if the sample is at a station for slightly longer
before anyone puts the sample in laboratory
equipment, the temperature is still in a non-distorted
range.

Our foam inlets are ideally suited for test tubes.
The foam is adapted to the respective carrier and
is used for the safe transport of test tubes. External
influences on the sample, such as impacts, are
reduced to a minimum to allow for the best possib-
le lab results.

Transport bags

Our transport bags are recommended for the safe

transport of blood samples.
These are provided in different versions for the
transport of test tubes with and without an
accompanying document, as well as all kinds of
small parts and much more.
The cargo together with the transport bag is rolled
into the carrier, thereby resulting in a shock and
impact-absorbing effect

Accelerator ring
The HZ-160 slide lid has the option of attaching Art. no.: by request
an accelerator ring to the carrier head. This seals
carrier entirely in the tube and allows for a higher
transport speed.

Basket with mat
A basket is used so that the carriers do not fall on NW 110, Art. no.: 1553

The basket is available in two sizes, depending on
the size of the carriers.
To reduce the noise level, a catching mat placed in
the basket.

Velcro ring
Due to the friction against the tube inner wall, the NW 108, Art. no.: 7637

The velcro ring allows for a long service life due to NW 160, Art. no.: 8421

carrier head interconnect so that the ring is affixed
to the carrier head.
With the HZ-110 slide lid, the rubber underlay
ring defines the nominal diameter of the carrier
(108/110).
