AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, FRANCIS LEI ROBLES PADOLINA, Filipino, of legal age, married to

JOSHUA JOHN R. PADOLINA, and with residence at J10-503 Dumandan St., Sta. Lucia
comp., Santolan, Pasig City, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state that:

1. I am the registered owner of a parcel of land covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na

Titulo Blg. 1994 located at Barangay San Juan, Taytay, Rizal, and registered with
the Registry of Deeds of Rizal.

2. It was recently brought to my knowledge that certain structures/improvements

were built on my property without the necessary local Building Permit, to wit:
(a) office building; (b) garage for motor vehicles; (c) garage for heavy equipment;
(d) office facility; and (e) covered parking space.

3. As owner, the failure to secure the said permit is merely a technical lapse, and no
evasion or circumvention was purposely intended on my part.

4. I thus undertake that I am able and willing to secure such Building Permit for
said structures, and comply with the requirements thereof, whenever necessary.

5. I am executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the truthfulness of the

foregoing statements, and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
