CONTRACTOR JUSTIFICATION:

Justification should document and provide information which captures why you are requesting a rate increase, a list of what you have achieved
in your role, and any additional responsibilities you have added to your role.
- Most importantly, CPI’s annual rate is now 7.3% (https://www.cnbc.com/2022/10/26/asia-markets-australia-cpi-

- I have been a valuable addition to the project since 2019. I have strong understandings of the
guidelines/methodology and have been supporting and mentoring not only case assessors but also other QCs in
the project, hence the nickname ‘The Oracle’.

When leadership team and my colleagues think of me, the first thing that comes to their mind is quality. I have
always maintained exceptionally high quality work throughout my time in this project. My most recent case that
went through QAT got no issues or feedback from the bank despite being a complicated full review case.

I have tried to find ways to help make things work faster. In August 2022, for example, I developed a calculator
together with my case assessor to automate the calculation of highest limit test excess holding and this calculator
has been circulated by leadership team for wide use in the project.
