TELANGANA STATE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

WEB NOTE

In response to the web note dated 30/05/2023 and 31/05/2023 hosted on the
Commission’s website and show-cause notices dated 30/05/2023 and 31/05/2023 served
to the individuals, it is informed that the explanation given by some of the candidates
(whose names are given below) has been examined and it is found that their blanket
denial of involvement in question papers leakage case in Crime Nos. 64/2023 and
95/2023 and the contention of having been falsely implicated is not convincing. The
candidates have been specifically mentioned in the list of accused as per the letter
received from the Special Investigation Team (S.I.T) and a prima facie case has been
made out by the investigation agency on their involvement in the question papers leakage
case and the matter is under investigation.
On following the due procedure and having served show-case notices and also
having received replies which are not convincing and taking into account the report of the
S.I.T in the above case, the Commission has taken a decision to debar the following
