WEB NOTE

With reference to the web note dated 04/08/2023 hosted on the

Commission’s website and the individual show-cause notices dated
07/08/2023, the individuals who were involved in TSPSC’s Examination paper
leakage case in Crime Nos.64/2023 & 95/2023 were directed to submit their
explanation if any. However, no reply was received from the following 09
candidates.

On following the due procedure, serving show-cause notices and having

not received their explanation and taking into account the report of the S.I.T in
the above case, the Commission has taken a decision to debar the individuals
with immediate effect for all the recruitment examinations including
departmental examinations, conducted/to be conducted by TSPSC, until further
orders.

It is further informed that those individuals who have already appeared

for the recruitment examinations conducted by TSPSC, they will be debarred
from further recruitment process of those particular recruitments.
