1. The evolution of strategic human resource management provides a frame work, linking people

management and development practices to long term business goals and outcomes. This SHRM

focuses also in long term resourcing issues within the organization. The SHRM also indicates

that the people of the organization play in the organization pursuit to gain competitive advantage.

2. The primary action of the strategic human resource management is to translate business to HR

priorities . It means that this improves business performance and uphold a culture that inspires

innovation and work unremittingly to gain a competitive advantage. The organization is also

being audited to determine its strength and weaknesses. This helps the organization to be

productive if it is being diagnose by its weakness and strength.
