Memphis tied the series(1-1) when they crushed the L.A Lakers in the game 2 in
their home court FedExForum this Thursday April 20, 2023, Morant didn't play because of
injury.

In the first quarter,first five points of Lakers came from 38 years old Lebron James; driving lay
up and pull up jumper but Dillon Brooks answer it with a powerful one handed dunk. The two
best shot blocker of the NBA Anthony Davis and defensive player of the year Jaren Jackson
Jr. blocked the shot of each other. Well even without Ja Morant the memphis is still strong, the
game of Tyus Jones is decent for substitute for Morant along with the solid players of
Memphis Luke Kennard and Xavier Tillman while Desmond Bane was steady with his double
figures 10 points. For the Lakers, AD is still salty only 1/6 in the field but Hachimura
immediately contributed five, three for Beasley and two for Austin Reaves. End of first quarter
30-19.

Second quarter LBJ is still attack mode, lay up baseline drive goes in and strong block on
Luke Kennard lay up attempt. LBJ also got three under 9 minutes. Under 8 minutes, Ad's right
eye burst when Bane accidentally hit him with on a jump ball, Davind could hardly open his
eyes because of the solid impact. The Lakers dropped the lead of Grizzlies to single digits
after the lay up basket of LBJ. But the hometeam had an 8 to nothing run, 4 for Brooks and 4
for Tillman also, injured Ja Morant is starting to hype in the bench because of that run. Davis'
offense is still lacking, only 6 points in the first half, he is struggling in Memphis' defense.
Lebron is the leading scorer of Lakers with 12 points, end of first half 59-44 Memphis with a
15 point lead.

Third quarter Lebron James and Dillon Brooks got heated because of Brooks' very tight and
nasty defense to LBJ but King James just made him his target shooting and on the fade away
jumper Lebron starts trash talking Dillon Brooks. Well the Lakers got back again, Hachimura
and Ar-15 bring some offense while Anthony Davis is offline from 20 points it dropped to 12
point lead for Grizzlies 83-71.

In the fourth quarter, back to back basket coming from Jarred Vanderbilt. The lakers just keep
chasing while brooks just keeps teasing LBJ. Under 4 minutes the Memphis is up by 10
points(92-82). Even LBJ activate his takeover mode on the crunch time the Memphis still won
the game 103-93 and the series is tied(1-1).

22 points for Tillman, 16 for Jackson Jr. and 17 for Desmond Bane. On the Lakers 20 points
for Hachimura, salty 10 points for AD while 26 points for Lebron James.
