Bibieandrea Services Venture - Founder/CEO: January 2018 - Present

Bibieandrea Services Venture was found in 2018 and is into Education and Training of job
seekers, students (both secondary and tertiary), prospective and existing entrepreneurs and
professionals promoting innovation, collaboration and solutions by addressing the problem that
arises from unemployment and poor quality education in her community; Our mission is to give
more out of school children access to quality education; Since its launch, Bibieandrea has
successfully supported 6 out of school children education in her home country; Recognized by
the Honor Society Organization, U.S.A. in 2018 for her Community Service.

MainOne Cable Telecommunication - Human Resource Manager: 2014/2019

Coordinate and lead the recruitment and selection process through the effective sourcing of
skilled employees for the organization; Design and implement the Human Resources strategies
for the organization, making sure it is aligned with the overall business strategy of Main One;
Maintain the work structure of the company by updating the job requirements and/or job
descriptions of the company to match with the organization’s recruitment policy; Maintains the
organization’s staff by facilitating recruitment, interview, selection programme, conducting and
analysing exit interview, and recommending changes where necessary; Manage the payroll, pay
budget and benefit programme to ensure planning and monitoring of employee appraisal,
training, coaching, hearing, and resolving employee grievances, through the counselling of
employees and supervisors.

St Francis Catholic Secondary School - Human Resources/Administrative Assistant: 2012/2014

Managed both the teaching and non-teaching staff of up to 45 associates, scheduling weekly
tasks and supervising their implementation; Collaborated with Principal to prepare a variety of
documents, and to prioritize work, including scheduling appointments; preparing agendas and
taking minutes; assisting in the preparation of annual reports; ordering of office supplies and
maintaining the stock of school uniform; Acted as the initial point of contact for all internal
staff/students and external visitors; Developed the school’s human resource department and
filing system, increasing the efficiency of storing and retrieving information; Developed semester
budgets, including income and expenditures for the various psychological groups/department of
the school, resulting in cost savings; Instrumental in organizing school events and activities, as
nominated head of planning committee; arranging the inter-school sports competition; school’s
parental meetings; open day events; and the valedictory service.

Volunteer Experience

University of South Wales (USW) Career Development specialist/Career Mentor: 2021/Present

This scheme offers graduates the opportunity to volunteer their time, share their insights and
expertise to help USW second-year undergraduate students develop. Specifics about this
volunteering opportunity: At least one meeting a month (either face to face or virtual) over 6
months. Following the matching process, assist the student(s) in managing the mentoring
relationship. Supply feedback on the scheme.

St Francis Catholic Church/Mother Theresa Medical Centre - Internal Consultant/Auditor:

Perform internal audits at the organization’s Medical Clinic (Mother Teresa Medical Centre),
every 3 months, acting as Internal Auditor, and ensure the financial position of the
community/parish is in good standing.

Notre Dame Secondary School, Benue State, Nigeria - Career Development Specialist/Training
Facilitator: 2013/2014

Guide students in determining their career interests and abilities using counselling sessions,
interviews and coaching; Work in collaboration with the school principal to overcome problems
that could hinder students’ academic and career pursuits; Collaborate, lead and organize
workshops, seminars and training that can aid in the development of students career visions;
Develop career and student fair programs to assist students in the exploration of planning their
career options; Lead, direct and conduct career awareness interest events, and job fairs for
students.

c. What are you currently passionate about?

Blessing has volunteered as a Career Mentor for institutions and groups such as the University
of South Wales (USW) in the United Kingdom. She developed a strong passion for social
change as a result of these experiences. Bibieandrea Services Venture was born from this
passion for training and education.
She has collaborated with academic and educational management institutions to provide quality
education and grants, empower youth, and out-of-school children for over 2,000 Nigerians
through this programme. Blessing's training and education activities aim to have a social impact
by reducing poor quality education and unemployment in underserved communities, as well as
empowering young social change leaders.

d. Which course are you interested in studying?

I am interested in studying PhD in Leadership and Organisations; PhD in Leadership and


Business Management; PhD in Human Resources Management or any other related
course/research in Leadership and Organisation Management.
