matter. If you recall, put a brief narration of the transaction (what were the terms, when, where)

according to the terms of the Service Agreement. As such, FINAL DEMAND is made upon you to pay
our client Thirteen Million Seven Hundred One Thousand One Hundred Eighty One Pesos and
Twenty Seven Centavos (Php13,701,181.27), within five (5) banking days, from receipt of this letter.
Your failure to heed this just and lawful demand shall constrain us to institute the appropriate criminal or
