Subject: - DIRECTIONS FOR BENZIR INCOME SUPPORT PROGRAMME

With reference letter No.DD/BISP/OK/OPS/22/1322 dated 08-06-2023 and

No.2555/Lit dated 17-06-23 on the subject cited above.
Undersigned is directed by worthy Deputy Commissioner, Okara to inform you that all the
school heads of above mentioned BISP centers are declared as Focal Persons of their respective centers, they
are directed to provide helping hands to facilitate visitors for smooth disbursement of BISP stipends. In view
of extremely hot weather conditions following instructions must be ensured to comply with:-
1. All centers must have Mega Phone to guide visitors.
2. All classrooms must be kept open with furniture for proper sitting of visitors. Similarly main gate
of the school must be kept open with adequate security arrangements.
3. Drinking water (cold water) must be available and easily approachable.
4. Ensure sprinkling of water in school.
5. If there is any disturbance or mismanagement seen immediately close operation in order to avoid
stampede like situations and call police for help instantly.
6. There must be one complaint/old women/disabled desk established.
7. In female centers male will not be allowed to enter in school. In this regard banners must be placed
at the main gate of the school.
8. Best center Head will be awarded Rs.25,000/-, second will be awarded Rs.5000/- whereas
defaulter will be issued explanation.
