Introduction
The sleep pattern of a 3-month-old baby is crucial for their growth and development.

and developing. The quality and duration of a baby's sleep can affect their cognitive, physical,
and emotional well-being. Therefore, it is important to study the sleeping patterns of infants to
understand how best to improve their sleep quality. This essay will examine the typical sleeping
