FOR CUMIN POWDER

1. General characteristics:

 Mixed Masala Powder means mixture of two or more spices in powdered form with
or without addition of edible starch, edible oil and edible common salt.
 It shall be free from added coloring matter.
 Mixed masala powder shall be packed in a suitable packaging.
 Each package shall contain mixed masala powder of the same type/grade and
package shall be securely sealed.
 It shall comply with restrictions in regard to Aflatoxins, Insecticide or pesticides
residues and traces of heavy metals.

temperature.

Note:

1. Aflatoxins will be analyzed at external lab once in 6 months.


2. Heavy metals and insecticide residues will be analyzed by the external lab once in a
year.
