    Very easy but effective system to make an articulating jaw for your costume. I recommend cutting
    these out of paper first to check if the length works for your head and project.

    MATERIALS NEEDED
    1) Hard material for the hinge itself (for example hard carboard, wood, acrylic, ...)
    2) 6x Chicago screws (length 15mm M10)
    3) 2x Rubber bands (length 17cm)

    SCALE
    This document is made in A4 format. You might need to change printer settings
    depending on your location. To test your printed pattern, this square should
    measure 1cm x 1cm.
