HASBROUCK, DBA CYCLEBAR

AND ALL OTHERS IN POSSESSION:

WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS, excluding Saturdays and Sundays and other judicial holidays, after the service
on you of this Notice you are hereby required to pay the delinquent rent of the premises hereinafter
described, of which you now hold possession, as follows:
