DIVORCE DEED

This Divorce Deed is made at Karachi, on this _____ day of _____________ 2012.
BETWEEN

__________________, Muslim, adult, resident of

hereinafter called the First Party (Husband).

AND

Mst. __________________________ daughter of __________________________,

holding CNIC No. __________________, Muslim, adult, resident of

_____________________, hereinafter called the Second party (Wife).

Whereas the First Party and the Second Party were married to each other at
Karachi, on ___________________________, against dower amount of Rs.

according to Sunni Hanafi section of Shariat.

That after few months from the date of marriage, there were disputes between the

parties which are not compoundable in any manner by any way and there is no

other way except the Divorce hence the First Party is giving Divorce.

Now therefore this Deed Witnesseth as follows:-

1. That this day the First Party hereby divorce to the Second Party in the presence

of two witnesses and pronounce Thrice Talaq upon her as under:-

Iddat period she can choose another life partner if she desires.
