Strengths
Action Plan
1) Up to now 90% degree college final years students data collected and remaining 20%
after lockdown we will collect it.
2) We communicate all final years’ students (having data with us) through phone and
identified interested students & inform apply I-CET (30 + Students we are applied
up to now& still following) and join MBA in our college
3) Those who are not interested students then plan to meet physically and explain our
college strengths and benefits to motivate join in to our college, if possible, to door-
to-door campaign
4) We create what’s app group and in Morning drop I-CET Model Question Papers And
In evening drop I-CET Answer Key
5) We create our students as a brand ambassadors to motivate there junior to join in to
our college and most of the students giving reference to us
6) We will meet all degree college’s principal and inform them to motivate and
encourage their respective college student to join in to SSITS.
7) We plan to create separate Conference Hall for MBA Department and Next
Academic Year Making Digital Class room for MBA Department
8) To Create EDP & Innovate Cell
9) To conduct at least two placement drive for MBA students forth coming year
10) Each employee should contribute to improve admissions in our department as well as
other department too.
We will plan to fill 100% seats in our branch as well as we support filling other
branches admission too.
