"This promotion is to REINFORCE THE BRAND and PRODUCT AWARENESS, DRIVE CONVERSIONS,
SALES, and BRAND AFFINITY of the games of the InspireTech Company.
1. Party B should follow the schedule arranged by Party A and provide videos and pictures in time;
2. Party A should provide related materials needed by Party B to execute campaigns;
3. All posts should include the download link provided by Party A;
4. The draft video need to provide to Party A before release, and Party A has the right to require
modification of the videos or pictures for better promotion purpose;
5.Party B should provide the final unlisted video link to Party A to check before posting;
6. Party B should not damage the reputation of Party A and the client's products (including but not

7. Either party shall keep confidential about the other party's trade secrets, cooperation information
and other confidential materials and information (hereinafter referred to as "confidential
information") that it knows or comes into contact with during the execution or performance hereof;
Neither party shall disclose, give or transfer such confidential information to a third party without the
written consent of the disclosing party.
8.Videos made by Party B can be uploaded on Party A's channel if necessary.
9. If Party B violates any terms, depending on the severity, punishment includes but not limited to
penalty or termination."
