1.0 Contract Term:

As per the terms of this agreement between a client (Baysia Marketing) and live host (as stated above), at
No 3 Jalan Bukit Jalil Indah 4, Taman LTAT, 57000 Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, SSM Number PG0518714-H,
Phone number: +601165179008 and Contact email:izah.yasan@gmail.com ,agrees to accept the above
live host with the following services for a period of (1) one week according to the terms below.

2.0 Purpose:

The Live Host for Social Media Agreement is for the sole purpose of enhancing the client’s online visibility
in the platform of TikTok and to increase sales for below account;

3.0 Service coverage & Schedule:

Service coverage by the live host includes the following:

1. Promoting products in Nimy Collection official TikTok account through Live streaming schedule every
day until the seventh day for a minimum 2 hours, from the receipt of the product samples.
2. Promoting Live streaming session in story of official TikTok account prior to the Live session.

4.0 General Terms:

1. Client agrees to provide live host with all passwords necessary to access the platform
2. account as listed in part 2.0.
3. Client agrees to provide access to databases, directories or any other platform or website needed for
the purpose of fulfilling the agreement.
4. Client in any occasion to provide cloud storage for live host to provide images / videos to complete
service listed in part 2.0.

5.0 Service Provider Acknowledgements:

1. Live host has access to the social media account needed to make the updates, changes as specified
above.
2. Live host agrees to keep all client information, such as passwords, confidential and will not share or
release any client information to any third party, without the written permission of the client.
3. Live host agrees to seek clarification on client directions that are not clearly understood before making
any changes to the account.
4. Live host agrees the product sample to be returned to client upon completion of the content.
5. Live host agrees that the recording of live streaming in the platform as listed in part 2.0 also can be
uploaded in other social media platform or any other platform by client.

6.0 Compensation:

Baysia Marketing agrees to pay the live host a set fee for live streaming hosting in TikTok account as
stated in 2.0 that amount of RM250.00

In the event of daily order achieve 30 orders by daily basis, live host entitle sales commission of 15%
from overall daily order as an incentive.

Baysia Marketing agrees to pay the fee of services together with sales commission within 3 to 5 working
days upon receiving the returned samples from live host.

The live host shall provide the proforma invoice to Baysia Marketing for the payment purpose.
