I’m going to report about some complaints on our service.

From December 3 rd to
December 6th, there are 2 customers who complained about our repair service.
Firstly, about Bill. On December 3rd, one customer was dissatisfied with Toyota
Innova, because his car had excessive fuel consumption due to a leaking
carburetor. Bill told me that he had tightened the connetion at the carburetor,
replaced fuel line and checked valve insinde the carburetor. However, his car still
leaked gas. To solve the problem, Bill had apologized to the customer and
rebuilded carburetor.
Secondly, about Peter. On December 6 th, one customer was dissatisfied with
Honda Accord because his car had strange noises from engine. Peter told me
that he had changed spark plugs and poured coolant leak. However, his car
stranged noised the following week. To solve the problem, Bill had apologized to
the customer and adjusted carburetor.
