Dear Halifax Regional Police,

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Drew McPherson (aka Drew MacPherson in your
Versadex because of a typo on my driver’s licence by someone at Service NS). These days I go
by DrewZero™, but you can simply call me Drew if you’d like. You may remember me from
such wrongful convictions as the 2011-09-30 mafia led, HRP-involved (eg: Cst. Tortola),
assassination attempt on my life which resulted in the death of Ward Robinson, the serious
permanent injury of myself, and worst of all, the Gravest Legal Injustice Throughout Canadian
History (a serious G.L.I.T.C.H. to be sure – I only call it that because of all the wrongfully
convicted people I am the only one who endured repeated attempts on his life while incarcerated
and whose wrongful conviction was precipitated by having survived a series of very serious
attempts on his life, having been a surviving victim of the index offence).
You may have noticed I have done the impossible. I have survived. This is cause for alarm only
to those who support organized crime. What you may not know is that I am very ideologically
motivated toward the betterment of law and order. I am in the process of writing a rather
illuminating book on the subject. The proper function of law and order necessarily involves
aiming for the elimination of corruption from our vital public institutions, such as the courts,
police, public service of all kinds.
I am staunchly anti-corruption; anti-TOC. In fact, prior to being wrongfully convicted I was
helping the FBI and other US-based policing organizations with their IT investigations. I was
basically running a Honeypot for them in a sense. I should have been doing this for the RCMP,
but the RCMP didn’t want anything to do with me. As it happens, the RCMP were helping the
criminals that I was helping the FBI to catch. People like Vincent Ramos of Phantom Secure.
You may have noticed that Cameron Ortis, formerly of the RCMP NICC group is sitting in an
Ottawa jail awaiting trial for selling classified secret information to Mr. Ramos and his organized
criminal enterprise.
This should be a big hint for you and for all policing agencies. I have a feeling you may have
figured out at least part of it already. Criminal groups have been trying to kill me for years. At a
certain point they discovered that I have certain unusual abilities which makes me very difficult
for evil people like them to murder as they normally would any troublemaker. Rest assured, that
for them I am going to be the biggest troublemaker. They began pulling strings with their
corrupted police officers and other authority figures to get them to target me. Badda bing!
Having me around is like shining a bright spotlight on the members of your force who need to be
scrutinized more carefully. Look to see which officers were incessantly targeting me. There’s a
good bet they were being motivated by a criminal group that you didn’t know they had ties to.
Perhaps at this point in the letter you have ascertained that I am not anti-police, and I am not
even anti-HRP despite having been targeted by some of your officers, and despite the 2011-09-
30 wrongful conviction. How could I possibly be against the thing which keeps our society
bound together? It only looks like it sometimes because I must go deep undercover to do some of
my most intensive and vital research. What I always say to anyone claiming to be an anarchist is
“Go spend 6 months in Burnside Jail circa 2012 and see how much you like anarchy.” I think my
articles for the “Burnside Dispatch” did some good in gaining public support and motivation to
restructure many of the serious issues which were creating bigger problems in your municipality.
The reason I am writing you today is because I don’t want all that forward progress to be
damaged when the truth comes out about 2011-09-30. You might as well accept the fact that the
truth is coming out. More than my life is staked on it. I am patient and now that I am aware of
my ADHD, I am also more deliberately painstaking about major decisions I make. As Pat
Mosher used to say, I am the epitome of patience.
I would like to have some good things to say about the HRP when I enter certain public
spotlights. At present, I refrain from saying much because I struggle to find something
mitigating. This is particularly the case as the man who committed the crime walks freely in our
society. You know precisely who he is because it is explicitly stated throughout the court
transcripts. The evidence to prove it is partly in those court proceedings and partly posted
publicly on the web now, as well as in your custody, no less.
It looks bad. I really don’t want this to be one of the things I go on and on endlessly about for the
rest of my life, which isn’t going to be ending any time soon in vehement spite of the wishes of
the criminal forces of evil. I’d much rather be able to praise the accountability of the HRP for
having proactively done a thorough and highly secretive investigation of the incident including
all the undisclosed events which occurred while I was unconscious (e.g.: they de facto raped me
with a bottle of hand sanitizer).
I notice you already caught the guy who was stealing stuff from the police property seizure
room, after me having gone on and on about it in letters to you and others for years. I’d like to be
able to tell you some other things about how I have been able to survive the attacks by the
bastards who did this and who are wreaking havoc on your municipality among other places in
the world. Things like that might come in handy for some of your vulnerable officers. But I can’t
help you unless I know that you are committed to maintaining a corruption-free police force. It’s
not possible to do that without accountability.
Accountability is inevitable anyway. If you let others do it for you, you run the risk of bad
publicity, which reduces public confidence, and can lead to insane things like that “defund the
police” movement. By taking proactive accountability measures yourselves, you can control the
narrative, you can use it to increase public confidence. Call it propaganda if you want to. It’s
simply a necessary part of maintaining balanced law and order.
I believe that most of your officers do want to work in a force that’s clearly on the right side of
the battle being waged in Canada right now between organized crime and those of us who don’t
want to live in a regime ruled by human traffickers. I believe this based on the fact that after the
March 2009 attempt on my life, Cst. David Comer called up to further investigate. At the time, I
was unaware that the man who attacked me and drove off, and the man who subsequently drove
up to speak to officers Cst. Raj Mejal and Cst. David Comer were two different people. I didn’t
even see the second man because I was getting into the ambulance as he drove up and when
asked to quickly confirm whether that was him, I saw only the taxi which he was in and assumed
it was the same guy, and stated as much, though probably not particularly clearly under the
circumstances. Also, when Comer spoke to my then girlfriend, Erin Hume, she provided
inaccurate information because she misunderstood what the officer was asking about. At the
time, there had been two occasions when we had been out dancing and I had ended up in the
“drunk tank” later that evening. The first was in March 2009 and was the attack I endured by the
professional hit man and his elderly accomplice. I was fully sober that time and we both left the
club at the same time. The second, which she was referring to was later that year and she had left
early because she had to work the next day while I remained at Cheers until heading towards her
place which she had left open for me, but was arrested in front of Citadel hill randomly. The
story about throwing traffic cones btw was a lie. This was one of the incidents when I was
blatantly targeted without cause.
By the way, the 2009 hit man as I recall looked an awful lot like Trevor Robinson who I
subsequently met through the 2011 court case. I can’t say for sure it was him or a cousin of his
perhaps, but it seemed notable.
I’m hoping that this letter will inspire you to do the right thing and initiate steps to solve this
series of crimes and shut down the criminal operation which is besetting your municipality with
its corrupting forces of evil. I visited there last spring and everything I saw looked optimistically
positive, except for the federal agency’s presence there (eg: CSIS) which is fully corrupted all
the way to the top. Be very wary of them. Do not trust a single one of them. Like the former
NICC, they are too rife with corruption to ever be trusted. They actually tried to blame their bad
behaviour on your agency no less. I guess they thought I would fall for that kind of nonsense, but
I didn’t. I saw right through it, and I have a feeling if you initiate a secret investigation into these
incidents, eg: the 2009 attempted murder, the 2011-09-30 murder and the 2017-07-17 attempted
murder at Springhill Institution, then you will easily see through the façade which these
criminals have erected in their attempt to thwart your agency’s ability to pursue them. In fact, I
have a feeling you might find help from some unexpected places once you put your mind to
taking care of this malevolent beast of criminal proportions. I’d be very surprised if this series of
incidents didn’t link to several of the major unsolved cases.
As you probably noticed, my memory is fairly good, so if you need any specific information, I
am able to provide detailed accounts of anything you think might be relevant. My contact
information is below.
