The participants who were chosen to be interviewed are students of New
Cabalan National High School. The researchers questioned twenty (20)
respondents from Grade 10 students from New Cabalan National High School.
The Grade 10 students are currently encountering a lot of activities of
Performance Tasks which is why they are qualified in this study.

Research Locale
The study was conducted in a place in the school of SERGIA SORIANO ESTEBAN
INTEGRATED SCHOOL SPED CENTER l (SSEIS SC) in 64 National Road, Upper
Kalaklan, Olongapo City Zambales, Philippines.

In conducting the study, the student-researchers made a survey online that
will be answered by Grade 10 students. In conducting of the survey, the researchers
will kindly send the online form to different sections of Grade 10. After the survey,
the student-researchers will tally the gathered data from the Grade 10 students to
process it statistically.

DISCUSSION

In this study we found out that activities such as Authentic assessment, is not
a waste of money and time. Yet, useful to students in preparing for their future
endeavour. The best thing to learn and to apply is through having and doing such
performance task.

Discussion
For question number one, twenty (20) out of twenty respondents agreed to the
question of “Does Performance tasks help you to maintain and enhance your
skills” This is a question that received a positive answer among students based
on our survey. Some student says that they are enjoying performance tasks if

these tasks are relative to their talents and abilities like singing, dancing, sports
