    Subject: Letter of permission for granting projector setup for the upcoming event

    Dear Admin,
    I am writing to request permission to use a projector setup for an upcoming event that will be
    held at Balaji Banquets, Near VIVA, Vedganga, Gokul Twp, Virar on May 13th, 2023. The
    event is Farwell for batch 2018-2023.

    We would like to request the use of the school/organization's projector setup (Projector stand,
    screen, and projector) to enhance our presentation and provide a better experience for our
    attendees. We will be responsible for setting up and taking down the equipment, and we will
    ensure that it is used properly.

    We would greatly appreciate your help in making our event a success. Thank you for your
    time and consideration in this matter.
