Justification for the Nomination (in Brief) :

I am writing to humbly request your consideration for the Best Outgoing Student award. I
believe that his achievements and contributions make him a deserving candidate for this
prestigious honor.

Academically, He has consistently maintained high grades throughout my tenure at this

institution. He has also actively participated in various extracurricular activities and co-
curricular activities, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and contributed
to the success of various events and initiatives.

In his first year, he volunteered in the Publicity, Extra-Curricular team, Sports team, and
aesthetics team in Vishwakarandak’20. He also served as the Marketing and Outreach
coordinator in the Entrepreneurship Development cell, VIT Pune(V-EDC), leading a team of
volunteers to publicize E-Summit event. Moreover, as the Head of the Department of
engineering humanity and science (DESH) in Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in
2019, he led a team of volunteers to solve problems for many first-year students with the help
of the HOD Mahajan Sir. In addition, he led an organizing team to conduct the conference of
IPS Ravindra Shisave sir. Sir provided many valuable insights to all students.

He worked as operations coordinator in V-EDC in E-Summit. He was responsible for whole

planning and execution of that event. In addition, he held position of Event Head in ABVP.

With this opportunity He organised a small interview of our alumni Mandar Patki who
secured AIR 22 in UPSC CSE. He gave his helpful advice to all UPSC aspirants. Also, he
organised small workshop on Github.

In third year, he became Vice-Chairperson of Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad. On the

occasion of 50th Vijay Divas with the help of his committee he organised 50 feet Tiranga
Rally. All students celebrated Vijay divas Prof. Korwar Sir, Prof. Rajesh Dhake Sir, Prof.
Mahajan Sir as our chief guests in rally. Also, he led an organising team to give a best
farewell to our beloved seniors.

He also led the department in Vishwakarandak 2022 and 2023, where he managed all
students of the department to win Vishwakarandak. By executing a proper planning, our
department conquered Vishwakarandak’23 with winning 50 events out of 114 and made a
history of winning the highest points in Vishwakarandak.

Moreover, he has been deeply committed to community service and have volunteered for
various organizations, where he has made a positive impact on the lives of others. Lastly, he
has worked hard to develop strong character traits such as perseverance, determination, and a
positive attitude. These traits have helped him to overcome challenges and obstacles and have
allowed him to excel in various areas of his life.

In conclusion, I believe that his achievements, contributions, and character make him a
deserving candidate for the Best Outgoing Student award.
