Flordy Doldol, 41, was born on August 5, 1981, in Motosawa, Dumalinao,
Zamboanga del Sur. Because of his disability, the client did not attend school,
and when client needs anything he just simply gives a sign that he wants to eat
or to drink coffee. According to his father, they tried sending the client to
school, but the client is not comfortable to the surroundings so they decided
with his wife not to send their son to school. Client is a hardworking man who
was good at doing housework and when he had free time, he used to be a rice
shipper and earn money from it. Client must have work in barangay to earn
money and buy his needs, because he is physically fit, he is only mute person.

Jesriel Yanoyan was born on March 4, 2017 at the Dao Provincial Hospital in
Pagadian City. Client was diagnosed with nasofrontal meningocele and
hydrocephalus since birth, but only the hydrocephalus was operated on due to
a lack of funds; the doctor requested 75,000 for the operation, and his parents’
sought assistance from his mother's family, father's family, and the municipal
government of Dumalinao, but the municipal government only provided
10,000. They only collected 45,000, which is insufficient to get Jesriel

operation. Despite his disability, however, the client attends school and is in
kindergarten.
Her mother wants her son to be operated until now because she wants her son
to live a normal life, but their only source of income is farming, which is
insufficient for her son to be operated, and she also lamented the higher cost of
their needs, particularly her son's vitamins.

Marjie started attending collage it was the time also covid-19 came and as the

Also, during pandemic her parents’ income become lower that’s why she decided to stop. At
the moment, the financial needs is the immediate needs to be addressed so that she will be
able to fulfill all the necessary requirements and needs in order for her to attend school.
Lastly, if she graduated, she can look for a job that will enable her to help her family in return
for all their sacrifices ever since she is a child.

Ronnel grow in the hand of his grandparents, as his mother give birth to hm
her mother left him. According to Solidad before his mother left, she said that she
will look for a job in Manila but years goes by his mother didn’t contact them and
even give money to support her child. Solidad said that the case of his grandson is
maybe an inherit because his mother during at her young age also experience the
same situation. After how many years the mother already know how to speak
clearly. His
father supports them in their daily needs, his father work hard so he can support and fulfill the
role as a father. Client financial needs must be the top priority for him to function will, food
and nutrients is needed for him so that he can be able to speak and next is the support from
the family for him to slowly learning to speak. Thus, if he can speak fluently he can catch up
things that he missed and able to attend school.

Client is an out of school youth for 3 years he graduated 4 th year and did not
proceed collage due to financial difficulties. He graduated at Bigong, Tigbao
Zamboanga del Sur, he didn’t plan entering college for the reason that his parents
can’t afford to finance him.
Jesus decided to help his parents working in their farm, at the young age he need to work to
help his parents. He looks for a job work for 2 years and last year he came home and live in
his grandparents because the internet there is stable. He plans to go abroad to have a better
opportunity but his parents told him to attend school but he doesn’t have any plan for now.
Thus, the client need was the financial support that need to be work so that he will be able to
attain all the needs to attend school. If he graduated and fined a decent job, he will be able to
help his family.

Reniel didn’t finish Junior High School, he stops when he is in G-9 due to
financial support. His sister also didn’t proceed college as well. When he was in
school, he looks for a simple job that even if it’s a little amount of money it can help
him buying school works. Family problem also was the reason, when his parents
argue his father push his mother to run away from their house that also give him
disappointment and don’t get the motivation, he wants to pursue school. As he stop
attending school he is in the house helping his parents and do household chores and
in his spare time, he play basketball in front of their house were in the basketball court
located.
Thus, the clients’ parents need constant advises where their relationship is not in good terms
that cause their children trauma and disappointment. Also, the financial support was in as it
was one needed for the client to go school. If he can finish he can provide for the family and
have a stable income in which he can give back all the sacrifices his parents give when he is
in school.

Dianna graduated Senior High School and did not pursue collage due to
financial difficulties. She have 6 more siblings studying and her parents couldn’t
provide for the finances since her older sister is a graduating student. So, Dianna stop
studying and focus on helping her family.
Client decided to work and she went to Bukidnon and find a job in the Rebisco Factory, but
she only lasts for 3 weeks due to the hectic schedule and she can’t bear to awake day and
night. She is not used to work without a sleep so she decided to stop working and went back
to Dumalinao and just help her parents working in their farm and take care of her siblings.
Clients financial support is top needed resources for her to start her journey in college and the
support of her family is one of the biggest motivations she can have. Lastly, if she can finish
college and find a job she can provide her family needs and to support her siblings.

The client together with her husband is both farmers. The source of income is
corn field, during harvest time they deliver the product to down town and set aside for
themselves. They also have chickens for their daily consumptions, they sometimes sell
it, if someone will buy for extra income to buy some foods and meals. Her husband
sometimes accepting on-call job but not limited to plowing, sowing and ‘mang-guna’.
Further, due to high price of fertilizer the biggest problem they have is their corn crops
which they take for their livelihood and family consumptions.For that reason, the
client hoping for agricultural assistance for the solution to their problem.

The family is living in their own lot, they live in a simple house build with light
materials. Maria is a housekeeper, who works stay-out. Every week, she earns seven hundred
pesos (700.00). While her husband work as a farm laborer, her husband earns two thousand
five hundred pesos (2,500.00|). But it is not permanent, because if no one is looking to work
on the land, there is no income either. Furthermore, almost all the prices are increasing and
the family is struggling for their budget. Maria hopes to give a solution to their problem.
Especially since they have students who spend money every day. The client strives harder to
somehow provide the needs of her children and she also wanted that they can finish their
studies.

I came to Pevelyn’s house to conduct assessment about her being a solo parent.
Pevelyn seeks help for her son’s education because she is struggling, due to no permanent
job. The client seeks for a scholarship for her son.

Pevelyn is a hardworking mother, she’s making turon, banana cue, kamote cue, and
other that can be sell for her living and can support to her son. The client only earns five
hundred pesos (500) a week, and it also depends on the people who buy her goods, because
there are times when she doesn’t sell much.But this time, it seems she could no longer find
ways and means to support her son’s education since her son is also taking maintenance
medication. Her son has an inborn illness “leukemia”. But despite her son’s condition, he is
doing well now, he is taking care of his body and health. The client son’s also takes his
medicine and vitamins to make his body stronger and away from his illness. At this point,
the scholarship needs would be a big help to be addressed so that her son will be able to
continue and fulfill a mothers’ wish that her son can finish his study and to pursue his
dreams.

As per assessment, Reniel is noted as out of compliance in the program of
under educational supervision. The client is a hardworking and intelligent child. He

graduated a senior high school in the strand of General Academic (GAS) in the year
of 2018-2019. Due to financially unstable he decided to stop and not to proceed in
college. As of now, the client serves as a companion of his parents working in the
farm specifically as a laborer or “manunghaay” to support their daily needs. The
client shows some regrets in his eyes upon seeing his batchmates already in their
internship uniforms. However, he just ignored it and pretend to be not affected
because in the first place he knew that he cannot proceed to college because of his
family situation.
Moreover, Reniel still believes that it was not too late for him to go to college
because he is still young and he can still proceed someday. He still believes that one
day, hisdream and he will be one at the perfect time someday. As of now, he plans
to find
a job to support and balance the hardship that his parents shouldered from the start.
He believes that if his parents cannot make a step for them to experience a better
life, then he will do it alone. As of the moment, the client listened and got
influenced by our words of encouragement and he was still on his unsaid decision.
As of now, the worker is giving her best to help the client be in school again and if
not, enrolling in Technical Education and Skills Authority TESDA is the best
alternative.

Renalyn lost her interest in continuing her study due to her parent’s inability to
send her and provide for her needs financially and emotionally. Presently, she merely
remains at home while looking for a new job to assist the needs of her family.
IV. Assessment
The client is a diligent and optimistic child of Mr. and Mrs. Rey and Emelyn
Baluarte. Renalyn is a consistent honor student during her high school years. The year
2018-2019 she finished her senior high school in the strand of General Academic
(GAS). According to her, she and her parents had an agreement before that after
Senior High School the decision is on her either to proceed or to stop. If she chose to
proceed, she will be responsible for looking for an employee to provide for her needs
in school,
if she decided to back out, her duty as the youngest will be actualized. She eventually
decided to stop and look for work to support her parents.
As per the assessment, Renalyn’s eyes show regret eventually but as of now,
her main goal is to find a job so that she can help her parents’ hardships though it may
not be continuous, she’s willing to take it step by step process. The client also added
that her parents are not in good hands because every time they argued, her father will
push her mother to run away from their house this caused her to lose interest when it
comes to proceeding to school. As of now, Renalyn is staying at their home waiting
and finding another job to help her parent’s needs. And in the future, she is planning
to enroll in TESDA to have enough skills in her chosen career. Furthermore, the
undersigned worker is doing her best to convince the client to come up with best
decision.

The undersigned recommends the client’s parents will undergo counseling so that
she and her brother will not be affected by their arguments.
On the other hand, the client is still recommended to be back to school again, but if
her decision cannot be changed by the worker, she will be referred and
recommended to avail of Sustainable Livelihood training on TESDA.

Aquilino is a farmer who has a psychosocial disability in his visual and belongs
to the group of people with disabilities. He was married to his loving wife Maria, a
housekeeper. Recently, he works as a Brgy. Tanod in Motosawa. On the other hand,
Aquilino his visual disability in which both of his eyes are affected. According to
him, his right eye cannot see clearly and gets blurry due to its redness and this
started when has born while his left eye got affected but it can see things clearly.
Aquilino already consulted to a doctor to determine his condition but the doctor
doesn’t have any clue to answer his queries.
As per assessment, Aquilino belongs to the poor class family which his income
monthly is below 10,000. Aquilino and his wife only earns 4500 per month but it
depends on the job that he will be in. To support his family needs, he plants
vegetables, sweet potatoes, and cassava. Aquilino is not still satisfied with this
situation, he begins to get involved in making charcoal or pag-uuling and copras
just to send his children to school. But life is unpredictable, the sudden urges of
highest prices begin to shock and affect his daily living. Some of his job was highly
affected these includes his work as a farmer.
As of the moment, the client is a very active Brgy. Tanod in Motosawa and
perform his duty well despites of what he has. The client did not tolerate his
disability to stop him. Disability is not the hindrance to performed a job. It’s not the
disability that counts, it’s the responsibility that pushes him to be a responsible
father and a husband he added.

The family belong to indigent and it is recommended to avail the livelihood
program from the government nor Non-government organization.
The undersigned recommended the client in registering in the Registry System for
Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) a registry of farmers, and fisherfolk, and
farm laborers that serves as a targeting mechanism for the identification of
beneficiaries for different agriculture-related programs and services of the
government. On the other hand, the client is recommended to avail any upcoming
assistance from the LGU which benefits him and suits for his condition.

IV. Assessment
Jelly is 29 years old, a farm worker, and a single parent and raise 2 children left
by his former partner. Jelly and his partner have been together for 6 to 7 years in a
relationship. According to his mother, Jelly is a good husband however, his partner
is not at ease with what Jelly’s has so she decided to leave Jelly for another man
who provides for her wants and needs. Jelly was left with his 2 kids Adrian Jay and
Mark Jay all alone. As per the collateral interview, Jelly is now working hard on the
farm as a tenant while his 2 kids are left with the custody of his mother. As a tenant
worker and laborer, his income monthly is estimated at 2500. However, this money
is still insufficient to provide for the needs of his 2 kids as well. As of today, the
client experiences a financial crisis especially in providing for the needs of his
children.
Based on the home visit conducted by the undersigned worker, it was found out
in the actual interview that the client is facing difficulty in life, especially in terms
of financial matters. Also, the client refers to Sustainable Livelihood Program for
training.

The client dropped out of the program under educational monitoring. The child
belongs to the list of not attending school children in education, due to his preference
for employment over the school.
IV. Assessment
Adrian Faith is among those youth today who prioritize seeking a job first over
prioritizing school. The client’s parents are a plain farmer, a laborer, and a
housekeeper. Due to this reason, the client decided to seek a job and not proceed to
college. According to the client’s mother, they want Adrian to proceed to college
amidst unstable finances. He asked him to get all his school records and be ready for
the incoming school enrollment. But they are all in a moment of shock because her
son did not go home and all of a sudden, the client decided to be a security guard at
his former school. As of now, the client is working as a security guard at Begong
National High School and earns 4500 monthly as a non-skilled and irregular
security guard.
According to the client’s mother, she can’t do anything about their son’s decision.
As a mother, her only task is to support the wants of her son but on the other side,
she felt guilty because she wants her son to proceed to college badly.
As per the assessment, the client likes and enjoys where he is today and he already
lost his interest in school, because he thinks in school, money is invisible and hard
to find.

VI. Recommendation
The client is highly recommended to continue his study but if his decision is still
not, therefore, the undersigned worker recommended the client to have training in
TESDA Security Service NC11 Course and Training Centers to be finally a regular
employee.
