    Documents required at the time of Admission

    1. Printed Copy of Online Application/ Registration form.


    2. Original Birth certificate along with photocopy.
    3. Proof of Residence: (Electricity Bill/ Driving Licence /Ration Card/ Voter ID card/ Any
    Official Document) along with self-attested Photocopy.
    4. In case of rented house, Rent agreement on stamp paper is needed.
    5. Original Caste Certificate along with Attested copy of Caste Certificate for SC/ ST/
    EWS/ OBC (Non-Creamy Layer – latest certificate)/ BPL/ Disabled, wherever
    applicable.
    6. A certificate from the civil surgeon for Differently Abled (DA) children, wherever
    applicable.
    7. Affidavit of Single Girl Child, if applicable.
    8. In case of Govt. Servant, Service certificate along with details of all transfers.
    9. One photograph of child.

    Very Important Note


    1. Every parent is requested to produce proper & correct documents. If wrong
    information is furnished by the parent then admission will be cancelled.
    2. Parents must follow the social distancing and the guideline of covid-19 while coming
    to the Vidyalaya.
