the proprietor of this land by our ancestral means and have exclusive ownership and possession
in the land till today. Recently, due to our special need for money: - you were willing to buy the
land described below in the schedule, the price of the land is fixed for Tk. 10,0000 ten thousand:
After getting the full amount of the said price in cash from you, we relinquish all of our dreams
and possessions over the land. From today, you have been the owner and possessor of the land
sold land by us on the basis this valid sale deed, and you can do Mutation and include your name
and give revenue to the government on your own name: this land will be subjective your
succession and administration control and Transferable, hence we and our successor will never
claim over this land.
It is directed at our ancestral property that- in the survey record: due to other serial no attach to
our land we could not return to you. See as per your requirement. In this way, we willingly,
intuitively, voluntarily, in a sane mind, in a sound body, having read and heard this document,
understood it, and executed it with full knowledge of its meaning. I will get the document
