Resolution The below steps explain how to perform a factory reset on a Dolphin 99EX / 99GX:

1. Press and hold the "ALT" and "ESC" keys to cold boot the Dolphin.
2. Upon cold boot, when the display returns (when the Honeywell splash screen appears), type "1277" on the
normal keypad (be sure to enable the numeric pad by pressing the NUM key) or "7811" on the Calculator type
keypad.
3. A little menu will appear showing the reset options. Choose the top option by pressing the number "1" on the
keypad (with the numeric pad enabled).
4. A prompt will appear asking for confirmation. Press the "Y" key on the keypad to proceed (be sure to disable
the numeric pad by pressing the NUM key once again).

Reminder: A factory reset will delete all custom settings and application from the device.
