We have invested (or provided the financing support to players) in the telecommunication tower industry, solar power plant
industry and commercial real estate industry across the world (outside of the U.S.). Some of the notable projects include the
construction of 11,000 telecommunication towers in 9 countries by Balesia Towers, the leading telecommunication tower
owners and operators in Latin America; and Solar Power Farms in Japan.

Since the start of 2021, we have begun to work directly with government authorities in Asia to provide competitive rates of
financing to support Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) projects in the area of infrastructure and public housing, which include
one public housing development project in Bangladesh and two public housing development projects (WAPDA) in Pakistan.

custodian. PwC will also fully administer the loan on our behalf (including the collection of
payments). This strategic partnership will ensure that all cross-border financial matters
will be carried out in the most professional standard to meet the highest compliance
benchmark of regulatory authorities.
