damages arising out of including but not limited to, service interruptions of the website or mobile apps, or any other circumstances beyond the
control of Easybook.

Fine Print

1. This Order Summary is issued upon passenger’s acceptance of Easybook’s General Ticketing Policy (“Policy”) and successful payment of the
order. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms of this fine print and the Policy, the Policy will prevail, govern and
control.
2. It is advisable to save a PDF copy into your device for reference during inspection except for some operators which require printed Order
Summary for boarding pass redemption. Any screen capture is not acceptable.
3. It is the passenger’s responsibility to make sure that they have all the required travel document (eg. passport, visa, entry permit etc) to enter the
destination.
4. The transportation company reserve the right to deny the boarding of the passenger if any inconsistencies of information found ie. name, wrong
passport expiration date, etc. Please verify the information on the Order Summary before collecting the boarding pass from the transportation
company.
5. Upon successful validation of the booking details in the system, an actual ticket/ boarding pass (collectively “Tickets”) will be issued to the
passenger(s) by the transportation company for boarding purpose.
6. Save for Refundable Booking, all Tickets sold are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable regardless of any duplicate bookings, loss of ticket,
lateness or refused entry into the country of destination unless otherwise agreed by the relevant transportation company and charges may be
imposed.

 7. Unless otherwise stated, the luggage allowance for each passenger shall not exceed the size of 15kgs, otherwise charges may be imposed.
Easybook will not be liable for any losses or damages to their luggage howsoever arising.
8. Prohibited items including but not limited to drugs and flammable items are not allowed on board. Passenger will have to bear the responsibility for
the possession of prohibited items if discovered.
9. Please ensure the necessary embarkation cards (if any) have been filled up before any customs clearance. Please seek assistance from the
officer of the transportation company if the passenger requires any assistance.
10. Easybook reserves the right to amend the terms of this Order Summary and any amendments will be informed to the passenger as soon as
reasonably possible.
